The bike arrived promptly, and assembly was a breeze thanks to the comprehensive user guide and included tools. I was impressed by the attention to detail, including the chain guard – a rare find on most bikes.
However, after assembling, I noticed the disk rubbing against the front brake. After some online research, I took it to my local bike store for assistance. Not only did they adjust both disks for good measure, but the vendor also generously offered to cover half the repair cost – and eventually, the entire labor cost!
As if that wasn’t enough, they also refunded the price difference that occurred during transit. I’m thoroughly enjoying my bike’s smooth ride and sleek design. It’s powerful enough for my needs, but if you live in a hilly area, consider a bike with a more robust motor.
