Unveiling the Ultimate Bike Upgrade: Tenways CGO600 Pro Review

At this price point, the Tenways CGO600 Pro is a standout bike. Its sturdy frame provides reliability, although it struggles a bit on rough roads. The wide tires offer stability, and once you hit 25 mph, transitioning to 30 mph is effortless, though a slightly heavier gear would enhance the experience further. However, distinguishing between the three support levels can be tricky, with level 1 feeling more like a significant boost rather than an eco-friendly mode. It’d be ideal if the levels were better calibrated for varying preferences.

There are definitely areas for enhancement. The rear light, powered by environmentally unfriendly button cells, leaves much to be desired. Personally, I’ve replaced it with an induction light for a more sustainable option. Additionally, I’ve swapped out the rear wheel bolts with BMX pegs, allowing my son to comfortably ride along. The absence of a frame lock or mounting points for one is a significant drawback. I’ve managed to fit an Axa Defender 50mm lock, although it requires deflating the rear tire temporarily.
