I recently bought the Jasion EB5 e-bike, and I must say, the whole experience has been a letdown. The primary issue I faced is a misaligned front fork, making it impossible to attach the wheel properly and rendering the bike useless. This glaring flaw in the manufacturing process has left me seriously questioning the overall safety of riding this bike.
On top of this, assembling the bike was a frustrating ordeal due to incomplete written instructions. What’s worse, the video instructions not only failed to provide the missing steps but also included incorrect guidance, making the assembly process even more challenging.
A major drawback is the lack of information about individual bike parts. This becomes a significant concern when you factor in the unavailability of replacement batteries. If the battery eventually dies and needs replacing, the absence of spare parts means you’re left with a non-functional e-bike, essentially wasting your initial investment.
The absence of specifics about various bike components also puts users in a tricky situation. In the event of another part failing, the lack of information leaves us without guidance, forcing us to find solutions independently.
Overall, the Jasion EB5 e-bike gives off the impression of being assembled from cheap and seemingly random parts. Considering the multitude of issues I’ve encountered, I strongly advise anyone thinking of buying this product to stay away. At present, I find myself stuck with a $600 e-bike that’s essentially unusable and poses safety concerns, highlighting the disappointing quality and lack of support from the manufacturer.
